1. About PureGuard Apparel
PureGuard Apparel ("PureGuard", "we", "us", "our") is an Australian business apparel supplier trading online at pureguardapparel.com and via direct consultation. We supply food-manufacturing uniforms, industrial-laundry garments, corporate workwear, branding techniques and bespoke apparel to businesses Australia-wide.
PureGuard is a trading name. All quotations, supply contracts and commercial obligations are issued under our Australian Business Number (ABN), which will be confirmed in any formal quotation or supply agreement we send you.

3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, garment images, photography, code, audio and the arrangement of those elements — is owned by PureGuard Apparel or licensed to us, and is protected by Australian and international intellectual-property laws.
PureGuard Apparel, the PureGuard shield logo, "We have you covered!" and our other trade marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
Brand-partner logos (Workcraft, Syzmik, DNC Workwear, JBs Wear, FashionBiz and others listed on this site) are the property of their respective owners and are shown with permission for reference only. They may not be reproduced or used to imply endorsement.
4. Quotes, pricing and orders
PureGuard Apparel supplies on a per-enquiry basis. Pricing shown in any catalogue, range sheet, sample or website page is illustrative only and is not an offer to supply at that price.
A quotation issued by us is an offer to supply at the stated terms and is valid for the period set out in the quotation (typically 30 days unless otherwise stated). Acceptance must be communicated in writing (email is sufficient) and is subject to stock availability, supplier price changes and any conditions set out in the quotation.
Once an order is accepted, a binding supply agreement is formed on the terms of the quotation plus these Terms of Service. Any variation to an accepted order must be agreed in writing and may affect price and lead time.
5. Delivery, supply and lead times
Lead times stated in quotations are estimates based on information available at the time and may be affected by supplier availability, production schedules, branding requirements and freight conditions. We will notify you of any material change to an agreed lead time as soon as reasonably practical.
Risk in supplied goods passes to you on delivery to the agreed delivery point. Title in goods supplied on account remains with PureGuard Apparel until payment is received in full (where applicable).
Same-day or next-day delivery is available on stocked items in Melbourne Metro; interstate and regional orders are quoted per enquiry.
6. Branding, samples and proofs
PureGuard offers a free pre-production embroidery sample from your logo at time of order. The sample is provided to confirm thread colour, fabric and stitch style; production garments are made to match the approved sample.
By providing artwork, logos or designs for branding you confirm that you hold (or are authorised to use) all necessary intellectual property rights. PureGuard is not responsible for claims arising from artwork supplied by you.
Proofs (digital or physical) will be provided for written approval before production. PureGuard is not liable for errors in approved proofs.
7. Warranties and liability
PureGuard Apparel supplies garments meeting the standards and certifications published on our site and in our product sheets (including AS/NZS 4602.1 for hi-vis where applicable, and FSANZ 3.2.2-aligned designs for food-handling).
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), PureGuard's liability for any goods or services supplied is limited to one of the following at PureGuard's election:
- Re-supply of the goods or services;
- Payment of the cost of having the goods or services re-supplied; or
- Refund of the price paid for the goods or services.
PureGuard is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, to the extent permitted by law.
